Pop Build STUDIO (“the Consultant”) provides design-led consultancy and "sanity check" reviews. The specific scope depends on the package purchased:

• Package 01 (Red Pen Review): 30-min call + 48hr video & sketch review of existing residential plans.

• Package 02 (Feasibility Study): 60-min call + 48hr video outlining site potential and budget/planning pitfalls.

• Package 03 (Hospitality Audit): 30-min call + 48hr layout review focusing on Social Flow, Operational Efficiency, and "Hero Moments." Hospitality Audit covers sites less than 5 unites or less than 500sqm. Please contact Pop Build STUDIO directly for larger scale projects. These will only be taken on, on a case by case review.

As a member of the Architects Registration Board (ARB), the Consultant provides professional advice based on design expertise. However:

• Design Intent Only: Deliverables (sketches and videos) represent "Design Intent" and are for conceptual purposes. They are not technical construction drawings, structural calculations, or building regulations specifications.

• No Technical Liability: All design suggestions must be verified by a structural engineer and a lead contractor prior to any works commencing on-site.

• Planning & Budgets: While the Consultant provides professional opinions on planning and costs, Pop Build STUDIO does not guarantee planning approval and is not liable for fluctuations in market construction costs.

• Information Provision: For the 48-hour turnaround to apply, the Client must provide all requested information (plans, site listings, budget, and project goals) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled consultation.

• Accuracy: The Consultant is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate measurements or site data provided by the Client or third-party estate agent listings.

• 48-Hour Guarantee: The "48-hour delivery" refers to business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm). For example, a consultation held on a Friday afternoon will have deliverables sent by Tuesday afternoon.

• Digital Delivery: Videos and sketches are delivered digitally. Links will remain active for 30 days; it is the Client’s responsibility to download and save their copies.

• Payment: Full payment is required via the website booking system to secure the time slot.

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule up to 24 hours before the call.

• Refunds: Due to the bespoke nature of the consultancy and the preparation work undertaken by the Consultant prior to the call, refunds are not provided once a booking is confirmed.

The Consultant retains copyright over all sketches, video recordings, and original design concepts. The Client is granted a personal license to use these for the specific project discussed.
